These individually hand made puff pastry purses are brimming with tender pieces of lamb slowly cooked in a deliciously rich minted gravy.

Ideally cook from frozen and serve with buttery mashed potato and your personal choice of seasonal vegetables, perfect for dinner parties as well as every day use.
